The Latin American musical group, La Rueda Milonguera, travels to Africa in search of the Bantu roots of the milonga, a musical genre that, along with tango, forms part of the Río de la Plata folklore. There they will find a deep connection between the two cultures, dating back to the slave trade during the colonial era.
